PSVC High School Open Gym Series provides an opportunity for athletes to sharpen and hone their skills prior to club volleyball season. Each session will provide high repitition skills and drills learning in a fun and fast-paced environment and will cover all positions. This series is a perfect option for any player who will be playing for their club volleyball team or for players looking to come into the gym fresh and ready for the travel season. We will offer a level of coaching that will adequately prepare you for what is to be expected for your travel season. We will focus on technique and competition in order to drive home the skills, intangible qualities and expectations necessary to thrive on the court.
Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays starting September 4th
September 4th, 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th & 30th
October 2nd, 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st & 23rd
