Try registration will take place via SportsEngine and you use the same account / email for your USAV membership. Before you can attend tryouts you must have a USAV membership and create a parent/family account on our SportsEngine page,
Online Tryout Registration
Please read all instructions and then click REGISTER NOW below to complete the online tryout registration process.
The Registration Fee for tryouts is $60 and must be paid in advance (no refunds are given for tryout registration fees for any reason).
Online registration and tryout payment for 11-13U players will close at 12 noon on Friday, October 25th.
Online registration and tryout payment for 14-18U players will close at 9pm on Monday, July 22nd.
Walk-up Registration
Players who do not register online and pay the tryout fee, prior to the deadlines posted above, will be considered "walk-up" registrants, with the tryout fee increasing to $85 and must be paid via venmo or cash on the day of tryouts. Onsite Walk-up player registration processing will not begin until ALL online pre-registered players have been checked in and received their tryout numbers.
Computers will NOT be available for Walk-up registration. Players who DO NOT have an online account, and/or who DO NOT have a USAV Tryout Membership, will NOT be allowed to participate in tryouts. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is very important to register online and complete the USAV Tryout registration process before the deadline to allow PSVC staff time to adequately prepare for tryouts.

Required for Tryout Registration
All players are required to register for a 2025 USAV Tryout Membership and upload their membership card during the online tryout registation process. DO NOT send copies via email Cost of USAV tryout membership is $20. To apply for USAV Tryout Membership, use this link: USAV Tryout Membership. Save, Print or screen shot the players membership card to to upload. After tryouts, if the player accepts a position on a travel team, they will be required to upgrade to full USAV membership at an additional cost of $35.
IF TRYING OUT FOR MORE THAN ONE CLUB - YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING ONLINE DOCUMENT
NEW - Palmetto Region required Multi-Tryout Disclosure form MUST be completed prior to tryouts through the Palmetto Region Link: PVA Multi-Tryout Disclosure Form.
Complete the online registration process and pay the tryout fee online, which includes:
1. Uploading a copy of your athletes USAV Tryout Membership card
2. Attesting that you agree, and by registering for tryouts are digital signing the Medial Release waiver
3. Attesting to your agreement with, and acknowledge that ALL parties have read and understand ALL sections, and agree to the policies, procedures and obligations set forth in the Parent/Player Handbook, Club Policies and Contract (click link to review, save and/or print for your records). You will be required to sign the acknowledgement page of this contract upon acceptance of a position on a PSVC team.
4. Attesting to your commitment to attend all scheduled tournaments. Any conflicts must be communicated to the coaches at least 60 days in advance of the tournament.
Once tryouts are complete, players will be required to complete the Team Commitment
After tryouts are complete, parents and players that accept a position / commit to a PSVC team are required to attend the team parent meeting and uniform fitting session noted on the PSVC calendar for their age division. Players are also required to present or complete the items below at the team meeting. Documents can NOT be submitted via email, they MUST be presented in person.
1. Payment of commitment fee/deposit for the 2025 - 2026 Season must be paid at time of position acceptance.
2. Copy of Proof of Age (Birth certificate, passport, driver's license or state issued identification card is acceptable)
3. Signed copy of the Acknowledgement Page of the 2025-2026 Player-Parent Contract. Must be signed by player and ALL parents and/or guardians who make decisions regarding the players involvement with club volleyball.
4. Signed copy of the Uniform Policies for practices and tournaments.
Players will not be eligible to participate in practices with their team until all criteria above are met. NO EXCEPTIONS
