2023-24 Season Team Dues
Team dues include all practice facility fees, tournament entry fees, position training, speed / agility training, strength, and conditioning trainers, nutritionist services, uniform package, coaching fees, coaches per diem, administrative costs, and supplies (first aid, office supplies, etc.). Dues do NOT include food, travel, lodging and gate fees for tournaments. All Teams have an assigned Head Coach and Assistant Coach.
14U-18U National- HUDL Video w/ unlimited HUDL Assist - recorded game video storage and breakdown providing advanced stats and reports. Program allows players to create an in-depth online profile with highlight video for submission to college coaches. Note: HUDL access, videos and related content remain the property of PSVC. Player access is granted for a limited time and can be restricted.
15-18U National - SportsRecruits - empowers high school athletes to pursue their dreams by providing them with a suite of online tools to handle every facet of the college recruiting process. With every DI, DII and DIII college coach as a registered userthis system allows a member to put themselves in front of their target list of schools. Additionally, SportsRecruits provides top-notch guidance when it comes to the college recruiting process. Once you are a PSVC athlete, you spend a few minutes completing your athlete profile. This is your athletic resume and you update it whenever your information changes. New grades? New video? New stats? Update your profile! Ideally, you are updating your profile every few weeks. Additionally, each athlete will have access to the SportsRecruits post-production team to complete a professional highlight reel. Athletes simply send over footage and fill out a form to let them know which 15-20 clips you'd like to include and SportsRecruits will have your highlight reel built and on your profile in about a week. PSVC is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, and players have the opportunity to reach out to family, friends and businesses to seek sponsorship. All appropriate player sponsorship's are tax deductible. When a player secures a sponsor, the players account is credited for 100% of the funds collected, with the funds applied toward that player’s club dues. Players who have accepted a position on a PSVC team can contact us to receive a copy of the sponsorship request letter for use when reaching out to businesses or friends.
All participants agree to adhere to the fee schedule outlined below. Players seeking individual or corporate sponsorship are responsible for maintaining payments per the fee schedule. If a players account is more than 15 days past due, the player will be restricted from participating in practices and at tournaments until their account is current.

Sibling Discount: $100 applied to the 2nd players final payment and $50 applied to 3rd through 5th players from the same family.
Lump sum payments must be dropped at the Palmetto Strikers facility on or before required Uniform Fitting date. Payment plan must present check or cash for initial deposit on or before required uniform fitting date with balance paid via credit card online via the SportsEngine Travel Teams Site. Parent / Guardian understands they are responsible for any processing or convenience fees for payment plan option.

Late or declined payments are subject to a recovery fee plus $25 per week. Outstanding balances as of February 5th will be subject to late fees, small claims court, and/or debt collection, at the sole discretion of the PSVC Board of Directors.
Any payments paid via credit card will incur a convenience fee and processing fee to the payment total at time of processing. These fees are the responsibility of the account holder.
