Travel Team Extended Practices 2023

This program is open to players from any club that have concluded their 2023 Travel Season.  If a player is currently in-season they would be required to receive approval from their current team coach to participate.   Players will work in a team setting on skills, drills and volleyball IQ to keep them in top shape for school tryouts.

Current 4-5th Graders - will continue to work with 12U light weight volleyballs. 
Current 6th Graders - will transition to working with a regulation weight volleyball in preparation their 7th grade school season.  

All groups will continue to work in a team environment, however, the teams will be created during each session and players may not be with the same exact group as the prior practice or during the club season.  Coaches will rotate between the groups and focus on specific skills and drills (serving, passing, hitting and blocking).  Coaches may vary from week to week to offer greater learning for the players.

Register for the session that best suits your players schedule.  All practices will be held at the Palmetto Strikers facility.

CURRENT 12U PLAYERS
Tuesday & Sunday - 12 sessions of 2 hours each
Tuesdays from 5-7pm on March 28, April 4, 11, 18, 25, May 2 & 9
Sundays from 12 noon -2pm on April 2, 16, 23, 30 & May 7 (No practice on April 9th - Easter Sunday)
Cost:  $300

CURRENT 12U, 13U and 14U PLAYERS
Wednesday  &  Sunday - 10 sessions of 2 hours each
Wednesdays 5-7pm - April 5, 12, 19, 26 & May 3 & 10 
Sundays 12-2pm - April 16, 23, 30 & May 7  (No practice on April 9th - Easter Sunday)
Cost:  $250.00
